These guys are seriously the best thing to happen to car service. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I always feel like I am in really good hands when I go there and can trust them to work on my car and cars in the future. I am so happy Quality Auto Care is around because I do not think I would have a reliable car without them.

I have been taking my Subarus to Quality Auto for the past ten years... and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. If they tell me something needs to be replaced or repaired I trust them completely. Note: In all these years, I have never had to take my car back to them because they didn't do the job properly and thoroughly.

I have been looking for a place to take my car. I've been burned too many times. I was nervous until I talked to Chris on the phone. He answered all of my questions and explained the way they do business. Quality Auto Care delivered! My air conditioning is awesome. I don't have to sweat on the way to work now. I would also recommend getting your oil changed here too. They took the time to look over the vechile and make sure I was good. They even vacuumed the car and gave me a lift. I'm really impressed and will be back.

I came to Quality to check a car I planned and hoped to buy. Service was very prompt and Chris in the front office gave me an accurate and clearly stated assessment of what they had observed. This corroborated a few claims made by the seller that repairs had recently been made. They helped ensure I made a safe and worthwhile purchase without any hassle. I came to this shop because my boyfriend referred me there. I was doing a pre-purchase inspection for a car that I wanted to buy. When I first pulled up the tech was already waiting for me. When I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Chris. As I was waiting, he was very friendly and offered me soda, water... anything to make my wait as comfortable as possible. I noticed every person that came in and spoke to Chris left with a smile on their face and I would say that they were all satisfied with their purchase or repairs. I believe this employee is an asset to the company and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I will definitely be back and only use this shop for my repairs and or questions. I left the shop happy and now with my new, used car!! I am going to be sending all my family and friends to your shop for any issues they have as well! They are so incredibly wonderful! I had a leak in the front of my car. They looked at it and the oil cap wasn't on very tight, so they tightened it up. They also noticed a nail in one of my tires, so they patched it up - all for $10.) I am a single girl and WAY too often, I go into a car place and some how, hundreds of dollars later, everything is fixed. With Quality Auto, they are trustworthy and tell me if something really needs to get fixed, or if it's just a small thing (tighten the oil cap.) I was recommended to them from my roommate who had an excellent experience with them. Luckily, I had an excellent experience too! When you need car-work done, DEFINITELY go to Quality Auto Care & Tire! (And there's a wireless cafe a few blocks down, so I went there and got some work done while I waited.)
