I had a wonderful experience here. After hearing numerous people from Wheat Ridge mention how good service at Quality Auto Care and Tire Center is I decided to try them for new tires. Not only did they match the price I found online for other tire places but they were very quick putting the tires on and friendly while I waited for the work to be done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Quality Auto Care. Everyone was very helpful and professional. When they were replacing my tires, they notified me of a bent wheel. They gave me no pressure to replace it, but found a good deal for me on it and offered to order it for me when I was ready. They answered all of my questions and treated me like a valued customer. Quality Auto Care is the best! They are so easy to work with, extremely honest and most important they are trustworthy. They will take the time to explain what is wrong with your car or what they did so you actually understand it. Thanks guys!!

I am beyond impressed with the team at Quality. These guys go above-and-beyond - a full, honest explanation of your car's issues, and always come within the quoted cost. I had what I believed to be another, additional, but related issue the day after I had may car there for major service. I brought it up - most service shops would have argued with me, or insisted that I pay for the extra work. Not these guys - without skipping a beat, they did the extra work without charging me, because they are more interested in keeping their customers happy, and coming back. Tried the dealerships, Midas, Jiffy-Lube, etc. They provide average service. Quality is comparable/less on price, and their customer service is beyond reproach. Seems like a thing of the past for may service shops, but not these guys.

I lived in Wheat Ridge for a few years while I was at school and passed by Quality Auto Care almost everyday. The building is bright, inviting and they always seemed busy. After seeing their sign saying something like, 'We're family here let us become part of yours,' I decided to get my car checked before making my 2,000 mile trip home. They were extremely nice and welcoming. They checked my car for a fair price and let me know how it was running honestly. Needless to say I made my trip home safe for the holidays :)

Went for a simple tire repair. Really friendly staff, I had a cup of coffee and waited for them to finish. Took maybe ten minutes and ended up costing me nothing. I almost wished I had more work that needed to be done, felt kindof bad about not spending any money there. Will definitely go back in the future.

These guys are great. Needed a quick wheel swap (winter to summer) and they jumped right on it. Not only did they swap my wheels out while I waited, they vacuumed and did my windows!!! Good to know we have this quick and friendly service right in the neighborhood! Looking forward to many more visits.
