Everyone was extremely helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I went in on a busy Friday afternoon, with no appointment, and needed new tires before I drove 4 hours home to Crestone... They went above and beyond any expectations I had. Excellent Service that I highly recommend, no wonder they have such an excellent rating.

Oh, how I wish I had heard about Quality ages ago! I've driven by it for years and when my car died the weekend before I was moving (12 miles away), a friend recommended them. I was exhausted, sore, and completely stressed, so the idea of expensive car repairs on top of everything else made me want to weep. Dave was AMAZING! He called me very quickly after my car arrived, told me what they needed to do, and then helped me out with some price breaks. Everything was done the next afternoon by one of their best techs. When I picked up the car, Dave reviewed everything with me and offered some suggestions to get a little more time and a few more miles out of my very old car. I wanted to hug him! Thank goodness there are good, decent, friendly, reliable, honest, generous people like the crew at Quality. I will send everyone I know there from now on. And I will happily drive the 12 miles to see them next time.

I have been taking my 2008 4-Runner to these guys for a couple of years and never have I been more impressed with an auto care company! The very name of Quality Care states it all however I would like to tell you of my last visit to this shop. On September 3, I took my Runner for its 90K maintenance which included - by industry standards - having the shocks and struts replaced. One hour after I dropped the SUV off I received a call explaining that if they changed out my shocks and struts I would be down grading a system that is one of the best made, in other words they recommended I NOT spend the $1300.00 I was prepared to spend that day! Amazing in this day and age to find any company with this type of ethical behavior! I had planned before this to continue taking my Runner here for maintenance, now I know I will also take any other vehicle I have! Thank You Gentlemen for the excellent work!
