Extremely Rude & Unreasonable The staff here tried to tow my car while my puppy was inside it, (when I had already told them I'd gladly move it) For backstory: I pulled up to grab a coffee and take a 30 minute work call at the coffee/vinyl shop next door (lovely place). About 5 minutes into my video call a worker from the autoshop stormed into the coffee shop and grabbed my shoulder. I turned to him and explained I was on a call, but he insisted. After turning off my camera and muting myself he told me I was parked in their parking space and he was gonna tow me if I didn't move the vehicle immediately. I explained that I was so sorry and must not have seen the signage and told him I'd be happy to move my car in approximately 20 mins but that I was clearly, once again on a customer call and regretfully could not move it right in that moment. He said "too bad, guess you're getting towed" and proceeded to slap a gigantic sticker on my car that cannot be removed without the use of GooGone or some other solvent. I then had to awkwardly put my customer on a multi-minute hold. I walked in and told them I was moving my car and asked why they put a sticker on it and called towing when I already said I'd move it. He proceeded to throw a fit and tell me I had already ignored a warning from their owner (nothing of the sort had happened, the guy who stormed into the coffee shop - same one at the desk - was the only one I'd spoken to). I told him I would never be a customer there given the way I was treated and his colleague decided it would be a professional touch to walk through the door and shout at me that I'm not their customer anyways and he wouldn't want me to be. Entirely ridiculous treatment for the fact that I was instantly apologetic and accommodating. Especially in light of the fact other parking spots were open! TLDR: Give your money to kinder people.

I’ve never met a more rude company than this place. Hopefully people realize that Wheat Ridge shops are not all this bad. Get over yourselves you are not the only shop in town.

I don't understand why you would park in our parking lot with clear signs that parking is for our customers only. We asked if you could possibly move your car since you were going to another business? If you would like to talk directly with me as the owner about why we choose to keep our parking spaces reserved for our automotive customers feel free to call me at 303.885.8598...(Tom - the Owner)

Overpriced for diagnostics. 125 dollars just to run codes.

Hi Dave. For the record, to "run" codes or pull engine codes is free...just like if you were at an autoparts store. However, in most cases, this only gives us a starting point...and since we guarantee our work, I want my master technicians to be sure we can resolve your light without it coming back on...for that the price more than to "pull codes".

Had a good experience here last Saturday with a pre purchase inspection. The work was thorough and the report detailed. Can recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to review us, Sam. Karen

Great shop the only place I'm taking my car from now on!

I used to have an "affordable" (cheap) mechanic that kept screwing my truck up. Heard about this place from a friend and decided to give them a shot. It was a bit more expensive, but you really get what you pay for. The word Quality in their name should be in all in all caps. Won't take my truck anywhere else.

I’ve been a customer of DQA for about 10 years now with multiple vehicles. Always professional, reliable and great communication. Don’t take your car anywhere else!

I called in the morning to ask if they had any availability for an oil change. Denver’s Quality Automotive managed to fit me in their schedule that morning even though they usually require more advanced notice. During their routine inspection, they found that my alignment was off and my tires needed to be replaced according to state standards because of the tread. I don’t know how the last garage I went to did not pick up on this. Denver’s Quality Automotive gave me a quick quote, explained why their prices were very fair as compared to competitors, and had everything done (even with their already packed schedule) in less than 24 hours. They even gave me a ride home after I found out all of this would take longer than expected! Amazing experience - definitely 5/5!
