I have to say, Tom is amazing!! The customer service he provides to his customers, and the willingness to make sure every person he works with gets taken care of fairly and timely, with quality work is worth your time to take your fleet or personal car to his shop. Customer service and honesty is his number one concern. Excellent!

Amazing service! My truck is running like the day I bought it. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I did some shopping around before hand as well, Quality Auto Care & Tire Center has the best and most affordable service that I have found!

I had a great experience with Quality Auto Care. I worked with Mike who was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. I left with great repairs done to my car, an 18-month warranty on the work and parts, and relieved to know why the repairs needed to be done and what my options had been. I am so thankful to have found trustworthy mechanics!

A reputable shop that will work to make things right. I had several engine mounts replaced on a Honda Odyssey in the summer of 2014. My family moved to Missouri in July 2015 and within a few months I could tell the engine mounts were failing again. In January 2016, the failed engine mounts were confirmed by an auto repair shop in Missouri and I was furious about it. I searched forums all over the internet about engine mounts failing prematurely and I couldn't find anyone who had engine mounts that failed in 12,000 miles. I contacted Quality Auto and at first they weren't sure they could do anything. I went ahead and had the mounts replaced again for $605. I sent photos of the failed mounts and a copy of this invoice to Quality Auto. They agreed to reimburse me the cost of the engine mounts they installed in 2014. Technically they did not have to do anything, but Jamie found a good compromise that satisfies both parties involved. If you have problems with Quality Auto, then just make sure they know the full story and they will work with you to make it right. Thank you Jamie!

This is such a great shop. David, Steve and Mike are so great to work with especially with some tough issues. My car was stolen at the end of December, recovered, and I took it to Quality based on all the great reviews I had read online. They helped me work with my insurance company. That car was totaled, unfortunately, so I got a new car. Fast forward a few months and I have a new car and get in a fender bender resulting in another insurance claim. David was quick to advise me on how to handle things and got my car into the body shop for an estimate immediately. They even gave me a ride home and drove my car back to me. Top notch customer service and quality repair work. I know my Subaru will be looking brand new again very soon. I can't wait to try them out for just routine maintenance!

They were just lovely :) I was driving home from work, and of course it's dumping outside and my windshield wipers broke. I was SO grateful they made time to look at it. Turns out they were just loose so they tightened and replaced. What a relief it was that easy. Im newer to Colorado and didn't have a mechanic here yet. I felt very comfortable with them and not like they were going to screw me over for being a woman. Friendly people that you can trust. I'll be back for oil changes and whatever else this ol car needs.

Great local business. I have been bringing my family's vehicles here for 2 years. Always great service. They never try to up sell work that is not necessary. Jamie has been great to work with every time.

I recently moved to Wheat Ridge from Colorado Springs. In the Springs I always went to the same car place that my father had gone to. We knew the people and were very comfortable. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire and found myself needing a good auto repair place in Denver. I was really worried and apprehensive to try a new place, but had heard really good things about Quality Auto Care and Tire Center. I decided to take my car here, and am glad I did. I couldn't have been happier with the service. The gentlemen inside were very nice and took me seriously even though I am younger. I really appreciated that a couple of them took a look at my tire to judge if I needed a new tire or a patch. I was pleasantly surprised that they explained to me why a patch wouldn't work and why I would need a replacement. They worked hard to find the best replacement tire for my budget and preferences. Specifically, I was helped by Dave, Mike, and Jammie. It is rare to have a great experience with one person, let alone three! Not only was the service my car received top notch, but so was their team! Thank you for an amazing experience that surpassed any I've had before!
