Not a very good experience they don’t seem very honest. I brought my car to the shop because it was making a noise coming from the suspension, the shop told me that I needed a new swaybar link kit installed and they gave me a quote, Shortly after I came back and had them install a new sway bar link kit. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue and I was charged more than the original quote. I brought my car back here and they told me that I had a bad strut. After I questioned them on it and why it was not noticed when I had them install the swaybar link kit, They told me that I could come pick up my car and they would not charge me for the diagnostic work they performed. They also told me that one of my struts was leaking but it was not leaking and when I asked them where it was leaking from he could not show me where. I took my car to another shop and they told me I did not need a new strut but that the sway bar bushings needed to be replaced and quality automotive should have done that when they installed the sway bar link kit. I’m glad I took my car somewhere else and didn’t listen to quality automotive they could not diagnose my cars issue accurately and they do not perform proper service when replacing parts. They wanted to charge me around $900 to replace a strut on my car and it did not need a new Strut. John the manager was nice but I do not trust him or anyone who works at the shop. John told me he would find out where my strut was allegedly leaking from and call me back and he never did that, because it was not leaking and that was a lie. After having another shop replace the bushings to the sway bar link the car no longer has the suspension issue that I had been experiencing.
