John was an amazing help in making sure I knew what exactly was needed in repairs, ensured I was able to get my two front wheel bearings done within my budget and even kept to his quote when the issue turned out to be one of my rear wheel bearings, repairing that one at no extra cost. After I hit a steel pipe on E I70 near Deer Trail, my sweetheart and very long-time customer Ann, hooked-me up with the pros at DQA. The pipe punched a golf ball sized hole into drivers side back tire sidewall, alongside the rim edge. The crew at DQA ordered a replacement tire in late afternoon on first Monday in December, along with ordering an 18 inch hard-to-locate rim. The tire arrived before mid-morning the next day. The experts at DQA were able to install the new tire on the bent-rim, and to this writing on Feb 4, the new tire is holding air better than the other three tires on my car. Ann rescued me, and the super-crew at DQA saved me! By noon the next day, I was back on the road and heading for OZ. The staff and all-star service techs at DQA are exceptionally good!
